About Us

The Ontario Drug Awareness Partnership (ODAP) increases the awareness of the effects of alcohol and other drugs in communities throughout Ontario by encouraging and supporting the initiatives and programs of Drug Awareness Committees (DACs).

ODAP supports Drug Awareness Committees through:

  • setting the theme for Drug Awareness Week
  • development and delivery of an annual campaign
  • development and distribution of products to support the campaign
  • an annual symposium
  • ODAP website
  • ongoing presence of a coordinator

The Ontario Drug Awareness Partnership is sponsored by Parent Action on Drugs with funding from the Ministry of Health Promotion.
